Birding Atacama

Birding at the driest region of the world.

The Atacama Desert is considered the driest region of the world. We will explore the different ecosystems of this area such as the salt flat of Atacama, the Cejar Lagoon, oases, highlands and valleys looking for the specialties of this area such the three species of flamingos that inhabits Chile, the Puna Teal, the Andean Gull, the Andean Avocet, the Giant Coot and many other great species to spot in a unique part of Chile.

Length: Day tours or two nights, three days program.

Guide: Naturalist guide specialized in birdlife.
Activities: Walking, birding , wildlife observation, good photo opportunity
